Theron Thomas

Theron Thomas is a US-based Caribbean musician and songwriter, and half of the hip hop duo "Rock City" with his brother Timothy Thomas. Born in Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, they have written or co-written songs including the 2008 Sean Kingston hit "Take You There".

Other artists include Blak Jak ("All I Know"), Brick & Lace ("Bang Bang"), 2XL ("Like It Like That"), Jesse McCartney ("Make Up"), Akon ("The Rain"), Nicole Scherzinger ("Supervillain"), Usher ("Birthday Girl"), Mario ("Music For Love"), ("Skippin'") and Busta Rhymes.

Growing up in the Oswald H. Court Projects Rock City spended most of there time writing verses for song to make there remix.They graduated from C.A.H.S (Charlotte Amaile High School) in 2000 and they kept writing verses and brought out there 1st mixtape one year later.After struggling they managed to go to the states and started performing in talent shows to pay there bills and to buy groceries.After being so big they got signed by Akon and joined the Konvict crew.While Akon worked with them he heard a song they made a few years back called "The Rain" Akon heard the song and cried making him buy the rights to the song.And putting the song one of his albums.
