Theresa Mulligan is an actress best known for appearing on the late 1990s sketch comedy television program, Mr. Show. Her career began in Chicago, where she performed at various improvisational theaters, including the Improv Institute and The Second City.
She is also an accomplished writer and producer. Credits include The Loop, South Park, and The Departed.
She is married to Jeff Rosenthal, a writer/producer from Los Angeles. She was rumored to have been engaged to multimedia action star Freedom Jones.
