Theodora Morse

Theodora Morse (1890 - 1953), born Alfreda Strandberg, American lyricist.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, she married Theodore F. Morse in 1907. They became a successful songwriting team for Tin Pan Alley, while she often used the pseudonyms of Dorothy Terriss, Dolly Morse and D. A. Esrom. Theodora also wrote lyrics for other composers such as Julian Robeldo and Paul Whiteman. She died in White Plains, NY.
Some of her better known songs include:
- "Hail! Hail! The Gang's All Here" (1917)
- "Three O'Clock in the Morning" (1922)
- "Wonderful One"
