The "Menz" EP is Gravy Train!!!!'s first recorded EP in 2001. The EP is out of print. It was first released on CD in the U.S. by Geekfest-affliliated label S.P.A.M. Records and later released on vinyl in the UK under Purr Records and Cold Crush Records in the United States. The songs "Hella Nervous" and "You Made Me Gay" debuted on Gravy Train!!!!'s album Hello Doctor in 2003.
