The World's Greatest Superheroes

The World's Greatest Superheroes was a syndicated newspaper comic strip featuring DC Comics characters, that ran Sunday and daily from 9 April 1978 to 10 February 1985.

Initially starring Superman, Batman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, and Black Lightning, it underwent two title changes, as the focus changed to feature Superman primarily. In October 1981, the title changed to The World's Greatest Superheores Presents Superman, and on 9 January 1983 became The Superman Sunday Special.

Writers included Martin Pasko, Paul Levitz, Gerry Conway, Paul Kupperberg, and Bob Rozakis, with artists including George Tuska, Vince Colletta, Jose Delbo, Bob Smith, Frank McLaughlin, and Sal Trapani.
