The Whole Donut previously operated two combo stores which featured both Blimpies Subs and the Whole Donut, these two stores existed in Farmington, CT (Farmington Avenue), and Southington, CT (Queen Street). The Southington Location is now a Gaint Grinder which features a Whole Donut Express; which offers coffee, donuts, and muffins. Despite a few locations closing throughout the last 5-6 years which includes, Plainville, CT, Mildale, CT, New Britain, CT, Farmington,CT, the Whole Donut still operates 18 full service locations, and 1 express location in 3 states, and has a strong cult following, many locations offer drive up windows, including Bristol, CT & Berlin, CT, some Whole Donut shops even offer mugs, and ground coffee, as well as gift cards. The Whole Donut also offers flavored coffee including French Vanallia, and Pumpkin Spice.
