A waveboard or wave board is similar to a skateboard, but built on a riding system called a caster board. The board rides on two independently pivoting platforms, each with a one-wheel caster. Thus, each wheel is able to rotate 360°. The platforms are connected by a torsion bar that allows them to pivot about the X–axis. The wave board is a skateboard, snowboard, and a surfboard all in one.
The Waveboard is the original caster board, manufactured by Street Surfing. Riding the Waveboard is called Street Surfing. Street Surfing is the fusion of snowboarding, skateboarding and surfing.
The Waveboard features front and rear flexible panels controlled by a spring-oriented torsion bar. The deck sits atop two wheels which are both free to rotate 360 degrees.
The Waveboard has the most options for those who wish to customize their ride. Interchangable deck plates allow riders to stand out in a crowd.
Street Surfing also is the first company to offer a similar board for smaller riders know as the Ripple.
Aside from the original "Wave" Street Surfing has the newly released Stealth model.

2. Your front foot should be on the front panel flat footed as far back on the front panel as it can be so it has plenty of room to slide forward.
3. Bend your knees shifting your weight to the back foot and pushing down on the lip of the tail with your back foot to pop the tail and get the front part (the nose) of the board up in the air.
4. After the tail of the board hits the ground, slide your front foot forward and throw your weight forward at the same time to get the back of the board off the ground and to level the board out.
5. Try to land with both your feet back on the grips and your weight balanced so you can roll away.
Acid Drop Level of Difficulty - 2 to 3 (depending on the height of the drop)

2. Shift weight to tail so that the nose lifts before drop.
3. Have your weight towards the back of the board and then shift your weight forward while in the air preparing yourself for the landing.
4. Bend your knees when you land to absorb the impact and try to balance your weight in the middle so you can roll away.
180 Body Variel
Level of Difficulty - 3
1. Feet need to be evenly spaced on the board across the grips flat footed.
2. Prepare for the 180 by bending your knees.
3. Jump and turn 180 degrees as quick as possible, trying to land back, switch-stance, with your feet landing back on the grips.
Kick Flip
Level of Difficulty - 3
1. Have your back foot almost like how you ride the board normally but on the lip of the tail, flat footed so as you can still balance the board.
2. Your front foot should be on the front grip but towards the back of the grip with your heel hanging off angled inwards.
3. Pop the board with your back foot by pushing down on the lip of the tail getting the front (the nose) of the board up in the air
4. Almost at the same time as step 3, slide your front foot up and out at an angle so as to flip the board over and level the board out.
5. Wait for the board to flip completely around and then try to land back on the board on the grips, so the board can stay balanced and you can roll away.
6. Land it then go show your friends one of the hardest tricks on The Wave

[edit] Apparel
When you go wave boarding you should wear a comfortable shirt and pants/ shorts. Safety pads and helmets are always recommended; however, the most important part of wave boarding is in the shoes one wears. One should not wear shoes with an arch, since skateboarding shoes are the best for wave boarding.
