The Walter Gropius Archive

The Walter Gropius Archive: An Illustrated Catalogue of the Drawings, Prints and Photographs in the Walter Gropius Archive at the Busch-Reisenger Museum, Harvard University was a set of books chronicling the entire career of Walter Gropius. It was a four volume set, in which the first three volumes comprised his work from about 1911 through the early 1940s, which was compiled and edited by Winfried Nerdinger. The fourth volume comprised his work with The Architects Collaborative, from 1945 through Gropius' death in 1969, and was edited by John C. Harkness. The set was a series of publications from the Garland Architectural Archives, and published in 1990-1991. All of the architectural drawings used in the volumes were photocopied/scanned directly into the pages.
