The Village at The Rim is phase II for the nearly 1,000-acre mixed-use development known as The Rim in far northwest San Antonio, Texas. The Rim is located at I-10 and La Cantera Parkway half a mile north of Loop 1604. The Village at The Rim will be second to come online after The Rim at La Cantera. Construction is already under construction as of June 2007. The Village will consist of nearly roughly 300,000 square feet of specialty retail and office space. These uses will be designed around an urban village setting complete with outdoor cafes, large boulevards, some two-story buildings that would feature office tenants on the second floor and retail at the street level.
