The Village is a state of the art music venue situated next door to the famous Whelans on Wexford Street, Dublin. The venue was an old nightclub owned by Mean Fiddler, but since has been turned into a state-of-the-art music venue since 2003. It has a large balcony right around the venue onto right up by the stage and has a capacity of 450.
Acts to play this venue include Ian Brown, The Blizzards, The Coronas, Damien Dempsey, Ocean Colour Scene, Republic Of Loose, Bell X1, Bloc Party, The Frames to name but a few.
