The Very Best of The Farm is an album released in June 2004 by Liverpool-based The Farm, although by this time they had long disbanded. The album was presumably meant to cash in on the band having re-released "All Together Now" earlier that year. It is perhaps a slightly ironic name, as The Farm had only had a handful chart releases.
