The Very Best of Sega is an album of 15 remixes in a range of genres arranging material from various Sega video game soundtracks. A fan-made production, OneUp Studios licensed the use of the original music arranged for the album from Sega, with the restriction that the arrangements not be heavily altered compared to the original tracks.
