The Vanilla Gorillas is the fourth EP by Australian reggae/rocksteady group Rogerthat, released in the lead up to their debut album due later this year.
In a blog on their myspace page the band announced the track listing of the EP, and that its release was delayed due to MGM having issues with the artwork and "stuff".
The band has stated on their webpage that they will be shooting a video for "Jefferson Lane".
"We’re keeping the concept a secret so we’ll only unveil this tiny part of the magic to you: they’ve taken a creative animator on board for this project. Bass player Lachie is also a sketch artist and graphic designer. He has designed all the bands art work including that for their new album The Vanilla Gorillas (Cruiserweight/MGM). His sketches will be animated and also make an appearance in the video. The real Jefferson Lane will also be part of the clip that will flow like a psychedelic experience…"
