The Uptown Residences is a condominium project by developer Pemberton Group in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Located at 35 Balmuto Street south of Bloor Street, the 48 floor retro-Art Deco tower will stand at 158 metres with 305 units. It is in the location of the former Uptown Theatre and is designed by Burka Varacalli Architects Incorporated.

The Uptown Residences, when completed, will be zoned to the following schools if the boundaries do not change before completion:
- Toronto District School Board: Jesse Ketchum Public School, Jarvis Collegiate Institute
- Trade school: Central Technical School
- Commercial school: Central Commerce Collegiate Institute [1] or Northern Secondary School (Residents may choose either commercial school)
