The Unkindest Cut of All is episode 2 in series 2 of Frasier. It was originally aired on 27th September 1994.

[edit] Synopsis

Martin was supposed to take Eddie to "be fixed" at the vet's office, but when a neighbor shows up at the door with a box full of puppies, it is clear that Martin didn't have the heart to take his dog to the vet for the operation. Frasier, upset by his father's inability to "take control" of Eddie, takes Eddie to the vet himself. While at the vet's office, Eddie manages to run out the door and becomes lost!
