Written by Peter Arshinov in 1927. This book is a critical history of the Russian Revolution written from a libertarian or anarchist perspective. The "other" October Revolution that Arshinov refers to in the title of the book is the revolution of the workers that preceded the political revolution of the Bolshevik Party.
