The Turbo A.C.'s are a New York based punk rock band. In 1996 the band put out their first full length Damnation Overdrive on New York based hardcore label Blackout Records. This was followed on releases on Cacophone, Nitro Records and most recently Gearhead Records. The band's catalogue features a number of punk personalities producing, including Agnostic Front's Roger Miret and the Dwarves' Blag Dahlia.
Their band name is a reference to the fictional Turnbull A.C.'s, a gang featured briefly in the 1979 cult classic The Warriors by Walter Hill
The band has spent considerable time touring in Europe behind releases on Germany's Blitzcore Records label.
