The Tuesday Group is a group of foreign diplomats based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In 2005, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Reaz Rahman, disallowed the Tuesday Group's request to hold a seminar on ‘International Electoral Best Practices’[1].
