"The Trouble with the Truth" is a single recorded by Patty Loveless. It was included on her third album with Epic Records, The Trouble with the Truth, her eighth album overall. The single was released in 1997. It was the final single released from the album.
The song charted for 20 weeks on the Billboard Hot Country Singles and Tracks chart, reaching #15 during the week of 12 July 1997.
