The Trial of Davros is a 1993 theatrical production based on the BBC television series, Doctor Who. It was written by Michael Wisher and Kevin Taylor for the Hyde Fundraisers, a group of Doctor Who fans who put on performances to raise money for various charities. The play is centered around Davros, the creator of the Daleks, who is being put on trial by the Time Lords.

The Trial of Davros was first performed at "Remembrance '93", a Doctor Who convention held in Hyde, Greater Manchester. Michael Wisher, who had played Davros in the television series, starred as Davros. Also appearing were Jean Rogers as the Inquisitor.

A revival production was staged in 2005 for the 20th anniversary of Hyde Fundraisers. The remounted production included filmed inserts, as well as new material written by Taylor. Terry Molloy played the role of Davros, appearing alongside John Leeson as the Prosecutor, Jeremy Bulloch as Chairman Skellon, and Peter Miles, recreating his performance as Nyder from Genesis of the Daleks.
