24 year old Sally Lockhart was at a loss from the tragic death of her lover, Fredrick Garland. Two years later things were finally starting to look up. Sally has a successful career, good friends, the financial independence she's always craved, and most of all her wonderful daughter, Harriet. All of a sudden things start collapsing around her when a stranger emerges claiming to be Sally's husband. What's worse, he can prove it! As he threatens to take away her money, her home, her business, and even custody of Harriet...Sally takes her daughter and runs away on an adventure to uncover truth.
