The club's demise came when they began to be a showcase for local Chicago area hard rock and heavy metal bands such as Enuff Znuff, D'Molls, Brat!, Nms Howel, Cherri Rokket, Bang (The Answer), O'Dette, Smash Alley, New Jazz Pirates and others from the mid 80s through its closing in 1996.
