The Team is a rap group from Oakland and Berkeley, California. The group consists of 3 rappers: Clyde Carson, Mayne Mannish, and Kaz Kyzah and also one affliated member named Jungle. They are associated with West Coast hip hop music. The Team has a unique sound that showcases the diversity of hyphy music. They are best known for their local hit "It's Gettin' Hot" (2004) and lately "The Hyphy Juice (Remix)" (2006). The Team re-gained popularity in late 2005 after dropping the singles "Just Go" and "Bottles Up" to promote their new album World Premiere. World Premiere hit #50 on the Billboard Independent Albums chart and #95 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.[1] Team Member Clyde Carson recently inked a solo deal with Capitol Records via The Game's label, The Black Wall Street Records.
