[edit] Plot

Medfield College's Dean Higgins is being fired for the extreme costs made by Dr. Quigley's science class. Higgins finds out the high costs are foring renting a cow to try and make a vitamin cereal to make it fatter. In a rage, he then fires Quigley then plans to have his entire class thrown out of college. After slaming the door as he leaves, Dexter Riley's chemical experiment mixes one student's vitamin cereal mix. When the kids decide to dispose of the mess to their neighbor's cow, they learn that the cereal gave the cow the super-strength to give a massively vast supply of milk, over 80 gallons! When Dexter eats it the next morning he gains superstrength as well, along with the frat house's pet dog who them smashes down the door and chases after a doberman that was picking on him. Then while walking to Medfield, Dexter bends a street lamp then on the basketball court shatters the hoop.

Dexter and his friends show the dean and Quigley Dexter's super strength by picking up a fat kid in a chair with the right hand and the creator of the vitamin formula with the left. Amazed, Higgins finds this as an oppurtuniy to get Medfield out of its high costs and keep the Regions board from firing him. Higgins then takes the formula induced cereal to his relative who runs Crunchy Crunch cereal company, the same cereal with the formula. Higgins demonstrates this to the board and his relative the president by eating some and lifting weights with one finger and smashing 10 ft. long tables in half. They all decide to advertise te powers of the formula cereal by challenging Kringle Krunch, a rival cereal company run by (Phil Silvers), to a competition between their sponsored weight lifting team and Medfield's to see which cereal can give the other greater strength.

Of course Kringle has a mole on the inside that tells the Kringle president about the formula. Hearing this he hires A.J. Arno (Cesar Romero) and some of his goons just released from prison to steal it. They break in but are almost cuaght before they can get it. So they then kidnap the student who made the vitamin formula, (no one knows that Dexter's chemical mixed with the vitamin formula and cereal is what made people strong). They take the student to Chinatown where they use Chinese torture and hypnotism to get the formula. They then release him and hypnotise him to steal a police car and go on a car chase to get him thrown in jail and not tell what happened to him. Fortunately without Dexter's chemical added in, the formula Kringle Krunch has in the cereal doesn't give superstrength and ends up breaking the Kringle president's hand. While yelling at the mole on the phone, the mole realizes that if they don't know that the formula doesn't work, then Medfield doesn't know either and will lose the weight lifting competition.

So on the day of the contest, both teams eat their company's cereal then begin lifting large weights. With Kringle's team full of large Herculian muscle builders and Medfield's team without super-strength, they will surely lose. Then Dexter realizes it was his formula that gave the cereal super-strength he races to the lab to get it, but when he gets there he is confronted by Arno and 10 of his goons to give up the formula. Dexter then drinks some of it and is able to beat up all the men, then use the Kringle mole to strike the A.J. and his men down like bowling pins. He then races to the competition as fast as he can when he steps on the pedeal too hard and brakes it ending up speeding at hundreds of miles an hour. He reaches the gym after being stopped and excorted by a cop and makes it time to compeat last. Medfield is losing bad but Dexter uses the last of his superstrength to lift the 1000 pound weight and win it for Crunchy and Medfield. So Higgins and Quigley get to keep their jobs, Arno is impriosned yet again and the scheming Kringle president breaks his hand again.
