The Stephen A. Smith Show was a syndicated sports talk radio show hosted by Stephen A. Smith along with Mike Missanelli. The show originally aired regionally on 1050 ESPN New York from Noon until 2 pm from April 11, 2005 until September 2007. The show then was moved to the 2pm to 4pm timeslot (The first hour still heard on ESPN 1050, the second hour nationally on ESPN Radio). This was because the nation hour of Smith's show replaced the final hour of The Dan Patrick Show, following Patrick leaving ESPN. Smith left both the national and regional show on April 11, 2008 to focus on television and to cover the NBA [1].
