The St. James is the tallest residential tower in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is located at S. 8th and Walnut Streets, adjacent to Washington Square.

When it was completed in 2004, at a height of 152 m (498 ft, 45 floors), it displaced the Loews Philadelphia Hotel (the PSFS Building) as the tallest building east of Broad Street. The building was designed by the architectural firm of Solomon Cordwell Buenz & Associates Inc. of Chicago, with local assistance by the Philadelphia firm Bower Lewis Thrower.
