The Shops at Summerlin Centre is an outdoor shopping center that is part of a mixed use development in Summerlin Centre, a Summerlin village.[1] The mall will provide about 1.5 million square feet[1] of retail space with a scheduled opening date of October 16, 2009.[2]
The mall is being built by General Growth Properties with development beginning on 400 acres[3] in 2007. The location is along Clark County 215 just south of Red Rock Casino.[4]
