The Shadow (Inkworld)

The Shadow is a fictional character from Cornelia Funke's Inkheart trilogy. It is described as a gigantic, dark, and faceless monster who serves the fire-raisers. At the end of Inkheart, he ultimately causes his and his master's death because of Meggie's and Mo's voice and Fenoglio's words.
