[edit] Announcement and Preliminary Details

The Scourge Project was officially announced on July 23rd, 2007 in Mallorca, Spain. According to the game's developer, the game "will be the first story-driven FPS game built from the ground up for co-operative squad play, where up to 4 players each experience a personal story, whilst playing together as a squad." [2][3]

Though little is known about the project at this point, there are currently 9 in-game screenshots [4] and a gameplay video [5] of The Scourge Project available on Gamespot and other videogame-related websites.
