The S&T Group (webpage) is a Middle East financial services executive search firm which places American and European candidates with firms in the North Africa and the Gulf region of the Middle East. The mission of The S&T Group is two-fold; promoting the economic and corporate development of the Middle East through human capital sourcing and consulting services, and building a bridge of understanding between the West and the Middle East by exposing Americans and Europeans to the business dynamics of the region, and in turn, to its people and culture.
The S&T Group focuses on placing candidates with direct investing (private equity and hedge funds), investment banking, capital markets, and accounting firms. It attributes its ability to attract top talent to three distinct characteristics:
- The S&T Group team is comprised of former Wall Street professionals with experiences in buy-side investing, investment banking, capital markets, management consulting, accounting, and firm recruiting
- Its professionals have Wall Street backgrounds that allow them to leverage their extensive network of talented professionals around the globe
- All professionals are fluent in Arabic and have a strong cultural understanding of the region
The S&T Group focuses on high quality long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
