The Rite of Strings is the only album by virtuosi Al Di Meola, Stanley Clarke & Jean-Luc Ponty, after their trip around the world, in 1995. The album was recorded at Studio 56, Hollywood.
It seems that the trio is starting a new season in 2007 by playing in the french jazz festival called "Jazz in Marciac".
