The Rising of the Moon: Irish Songs of Rebellion is a collection of traditional Irish folk songs performed by The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem. It was recorded in 1959, and reissuied in 1998 for the celebrations of the Irish Rebellion of 1798. It was later released with their follow up album Come Fill Your Glass with Us on a single CD, titled Irish Songs of Drinking and Rebellion.
