The Ripps are an English indie rock band from Coventry.
[edit] General information
The Ripps consists of the Lagunas brothers Patch, on lead vocals and guitar, and Raul, on bass and vocals, with drummer Rachel Butt. Before the band was formed they all played in different indie rock bands, but they wanted to play in a band without the concern of being too serious while playing. In 2007 they had their debut album Long Live The Rippsreleased, and had their single Loco being featured "Single Of The Week" at NME magazine.
They are currently recording their second album produced with members of The Specials, their local heroes.
