  2. "Senorita"

The Rest Is History is Jin's debut album. It was released on October 18, 2004. It was originally supposed to come out in summer 2003, but it was delayed for over a year. The first single, "Learn Chinese" came out in 2003. The second single for the album was supposed to be "I Got a Love", but Roc-A-Fella Records blocked the decision, fearing too many singles would over-expose Kanye West. The proper second single for the album was "Senorita." The album was number 54 on the Billboard 200. The album to date has sold 100,000+ in the U.S. and 200,000+ worldwide.

[edit] Miscellaneous

  • The tracks "A Little Hungry" and "Check the Clock" were omitted from the North American release.
  • There is a second version of "Thank You", however it did not surface onto this album.
  • Kanye West has included an extra verse in "I Got a Love (Remix)", which was later used in his song "I Wonder" on Graduation.
  • "C'Mon" contains a replayed melody from Aerosmith's "Dream On". In the song, Jin uses a flow similar to the one that Eminem used in "Sing For The Moment", that also samples "Dream On".
