This is Emmure's 2nd full-length on Victory Records. On this album, the guitarists play in Drop A# (Drop Bb), the same as the previous album Goodbye to the Gallows. The album was released on the 13th May 2008, pre-orders are available from 11th March. Kurt Angle, professional and ameteur olympic wrestler, is featured on the cover art and throughout the inlay.
The album was leaked in its entirety on March 28th 2008, over a month before it's official release.
