The Residences at the Westin is a recently completed high-rise residential project in downtown Providence, Rhode Island designed by TRO Jung Brannen and developed by The Procaccianti Group[1]. It is situated adjacent to The Westin Providence, a 25-floor hotel with similar fenestration and styling. The Residences at the Westin is slightly taller than its counterpart, rising an additional 52 feet (16 m).[2]. The lower floors are an extension of the Westin hotel. Floors 16-31 consist of high-end condominiums. The Residences at the Westin is one of three recent high-rise residential projects underway in Providence aimed at the luxury condominium market. The other two are 110 Westminster Street and Waterplace condominiums. The building is the 3rd-tallest structure in the city
