The Red Moon EP is an EP by the British band Turin Brakes. While released on Source Records, it was only available on their 2005 United Kingdom tour, although it was released digitally after the tour. The EP was inspired by the acoustic sound used during the radio sessions the band performed during their US tour in the summer of 2005. The final track, the Red Hot Chili Peppers song Breaking the Girl, is taken from one of those sessions. The other three tracks were recorded in a studio. The title track was released before on Jackinabox, but is featured here in an unplugged version. Jet Trail has been in and out of the live setlist since 2001, but wasn't released before. Love Is All You Deserve is a new song, written for the EP.
