The Quest of the Historical Muhammad is a writing authored by Arthur Jeffery.

It is inspired by 1906 German work named Von Reimarus zu Wrede by Albert Schweitzer. In 1910, William Montgomery translated it under the title "The Quest of the Historical Jesus".
