The Quechee Lakes Company is the largest residential real estate firm in Quechee, Vermont.[1] Formerly known as the Quechee Lakes Development company, QLC is also the developer of Quechee Lakes, a planned community of second homes in the land surrounding the Ottauquechee River. The Quechee Lakes Company was purchased in 2007 by Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC, an international real estate firm located in Boston, Massachusetts.[1]
