The Process is the fifth album from Memphis Bleek. This album is expected to be released in 2008, under Roc-A-Fella Records/Def Jam. From a recent interview, Bleek mentioned that there are no guest appearances as of now, and that he wants this album to be regonized as a classic. He also mentioned in an article with HipHopGame that he would like the album to be released some time in the summer of 08. Productions by Just Blaze, Cool & Dre, Lil Jon, Akon, Neo Da Matrix, 9th Wonder & many more.

Hustla is the first single The Process. The song was released to radio on October 3, 2007. The song became a minor hit on airwaves in New York City. It was produced by Neo Da Matrix. It was originally intended for a beat for Uncle Murda, but he turned it down and Memphis Bleek heard the song and loved it. The song quickly became a staple on New York's Hot97. The song reached #8 during the Hot97 radio show in November 2007.
