[edit] Plot summary
A water main broke in a cemetery churchyard. Brennan is called in to identify the jumbled remains. Most of the remains are at least fifty years old, but Zack discovers a skull that is less than five years old.
In the mean time, Booth and Brennan had been having some relationship problems, every since Sully sailed off into the sunset. Booth decides that they should have a meeting with his psychologist Gordon Wyatt. Brennan, though reluctantly, agrees.
The team investigates the death, which turns out to be a murder. A forensic sketch drawn by Angela leads to the victim being ID'd as a priest who had worked at church several years ago. Brennan and Booth initially have two suspects: Father Matt, who went to the same school as the dead priest, and Father Donlon, who seems to have violent tendencies.
Hodgins asked Angela to move in with him. She doesn't seem very excited with the idea and refuses. Later, Hodgins asked her why but she doesn't say the reason.
As they advance in their investigation, they realized that the dead priest was poisoned and that Father Matt was being poisoned by the same drug.
It turns out Lorraine Bergin, the parish's administrator, incorrectly thought the dead priest was a pedophile, and murdered him. And was poisoning Father Matt because she did not like the relationship he had with the kids that trained with him.
The psychologist Gordon Wyatt, after the first meeting with Booth and Brennan, spends a few sessions with them. In the first one, he talks to Booth in the Jeffersonian lab. In the second one, he talks to Brennan in the FBI Interrogation Room. Finaly, he met them at the dinner. It turns out that both were worried that Temperance didn't sail off with Tim Sullivan because she has feelings for Booth. Wyatt tells them this isn't the case, and they are again able to work together. At the end, Angela (that went to talk to Wyatt under Brennan's recomendations to see whether he could solve her problem) tells Wyatt he lied to help the FBI, and that she is convinced that Brennan and Booth have feelings for each other.
