The Peak is a skyscraper in Sydney, Australia. Located at 2 Quay Street, Haymarket, the Peak is 166m in height and consists of 46 levels. It was constructed in 1996. The tower was built for residential use, with a 3-storey shopping centre called Market City occupying its base. There is also a Paddy's Market located at ground level. The architect is Crone & Associates. It has the most functional recreational common area in the Sydney, which includes a 25 meter swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, two tennis courts, a golf practice area, BBQ and a running track, all on the 6th floor.
