The Paxton was an automobile prototype developed in 1953 by Robert Paxton McCulloch's Paxton Automotive of Los Angeles, California. It was a division of his chainsaw business.

It was sold at auction in the early 2000s.

The vehicle was styled by Brooks Stevens and had a mechanical hardtop that retracted and covered the trunk. Engine options included an alternative fuel steam engine or a gas engine with a McCulloch/Paxton Supercharger.

The vehicle never made it to production.
