The Orange Leader is morning daily newspaper published in Orange, Texas, covering Orange County. It is owned by Community Newspaper Holdings Inc.
In 1991, Cox Enterprises sold The Orange Leader, along with its sister paper The Port Arthur News, to American Publishing Company, which in turn dealt them to CNHI in 1999.[2]
