"The Only Reason" is a reggae-influenced song by Lil Wayne featuring Sizzla and Young Money artist T-Streets.
You can find it on several Lil Wayne mixtapes, most notably the mixtape The Drought is Over Part 5, not to be confused with The Drought is Over 5 (Grand Closing) and on the Enhanced CD of Cash Money Records' compilation 10 Years of Bling, Volume 1.
It was supposed to be the first single on Lil Wayne's album, Tha Carter III. This song will not appear on Tha Carter III.
