The Ocean and the Sun is the third album of the Los Angeles, based progressive rock band The Sound of Animals Fighting. Rich Balling has stated in interviews that it will be similar to the Tiger and the Duke EP. The band has also gone back to its original number of just four the Nightingale, the Walrus, the Lynx, and The Skunk.
On May the 21st, the band posted a bulletin on myspace under the title "THE OCEAN AND THE SUN" that said: "the new album, as of yesterday, is finished and mastered.
yay!"
According to Epitaph records' website, the release date for 'The Ocean and the Sun' in the United States is the summer of '08.
