Ryan, Seth & Sandy go undercover to help Trey, & after receiving help from Marissa & an old friend of Sandy's, Marissa sneaks into a party which Jess is throwing & attempts to catch the drug dealer red-handed.

Caleb returns home to see Julie in lingerie & laying on her bed in rose pedals. Caleb seems disgusted. When Julie goes to Lance's motel room to tell not to kill Caleb & make him leave Newport, they part ways & kiss. Someone takes pictures of Julie.

Kirsten & Carter go to Featherbrook Winery together after Erin tells Carter she doesn't think they should see each other. Kirsten & Carter find a car to drive them back because they have drank too much. There is a little love moment between Carter & Kirsten

When Julie comes back hom crying, Caleb realizes he's made a mistake & takes Julie out for dinner, & goes with her to a spa for the weekend.

After Ryan & Marissa catch the drug dealer red-handed, Trey is found innocent, & he gives Sandy the "thank-you stare". Ryan & Marissa take Trey back home. When Trey leaves, Ryan & Marissa look at each other, & kiss.

Jess is found in Trey's room. Jess they have a lot to talk about. Trey says he's definitely interested.

  • After being mentioned several times on the show by Seth, Death Cab for Cutie appear playing at the Bait Shop. Ironically, Seth misses the concert.
  • The reaction to this episode would be spoofed in season 3, with Kaitlin Cooper commenting on how Death Cab no longer interest her since they actually appeared on The Valley.
