This Band was formed in the summer of 2004 in Cincinnati, OH when they signed a record deal with ADA Records Inc. They came out with their first album in mid-August of 2004. There are only two original members, Andrew Kozlove aka The AK Kozlove and Daniel Roth aka Danny Snoop. They added additional member Austin "The Midget" Sirkin, for electric guitar sounds and solos. The Band is still looking for a experienced base player. In 2006, The Nicky Sticks made a remix album. They plan to release an album in 2007.

Austin was with the band to make music in 2005 and 2006, but did not get credited for that since the songs did not get released.
Their first song ever recorded was "Chunky". This was based on a Chips Ahoy commercial. Most of the other songs had inspiration from South Park. They recorded the first six songs from The Story were made in one day. The other three songs were made a week later.
