- Needles (Black Hills), granite pillars located in South Dakota, United States
- The Needles (band), a four-piece band originating from Aberdeen in the late 90’s, now based in Glasgow
- The southeast section of Canyonlands National Park is referred to as The Needles (Utah, United States)
