The Nation is an English-language newspaper in Pakistan. It is published by Majid Nizami of the Nawa-i-Waqt group. The roots of The Nation trace back to 1940 when Nawa-i-Waqt was formed. The Nation is internationally the most quoted Pakistani newspaper.[2] The Nation rivals two Karachi-based dailys, Dawn and The News International
